Standard ceremonies

Intermediate ceremonies are available from 1 January 2025.

How many guests can attend:

Maximum of 15 (includes babies and children).

  • Choice of conclusion
  • Reserved parking is available for two cars

Please advise your guests that parking at Clifton Park Museum is pay and display. The parking is payable by RINGO.

How much does it cost?

£39 Non-refundable booking fee to reserve the date.

£180 Ceremony fee. This fee includes one marriage/civil partnership certificate.

£12.50 Certificate fee. This fee applies for any additional certificates requested.

Other types of ceremony are available at Clifton Park Museum, different fees apply based on the ceremony type you choose due to different guest numbers, ceremony duration and personalisation options.

Marriage schedule

From 4 May 2021, following a significant change in legislation the traditional marriage register was abolished. All couples marrying at any venue in England and Wales from the date of commencement of this new legislation are required to sign the Marriage Schedule. The General Register Office for England and Wales have prepared the following information for couples;

Can I view the room?

You can visit the museum during its opening hours to view the ceremony room. The museum is closed Mondays and Sundays. If you are planning to visit to see the room, we recommend you avoid Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons as these are busy ceremony days.
