Improving tenants’ experience when making a housing related complaint

We regularly run focus groups to hear from tenants how we can improve.  An example is we recently had a focus group on improving the experience when making a housing related complaint.

We gathered a wealth of feedback related to:

  • Tenants’ experiences of living in a council property.
  • How easy it is to access information about council services and making a complaint.
  • People’s experience when making a housing related complaint.

The tenant voice heard and gathered at the focus group is now being used to improve services and how easy it is to make a complaint and how the council responds to complaints made.
