- Overview (including aims)
-
To provide a tarmac path across a grassed area that is used by residents as a short cut to the bus stop and the shopping parade on Laburnum Avenue, Maltby. This has been happening for some time & there is a clear desire line that has been created with the footfall. Residents, some elderly, have raised concerns that the grass becomes muddy and slippery in the winter and when it rains. If residents didn’t cut across the grass they would have to walk around the outer edge of the grassed area which is too far for the elderly and disabled.
