This project is to remove the drying area situated at the side of one of the properties and replace with a secure mesh fenced gated drying area. Due to the layout and the rotting timber on the fence panel this is easily accessible and open to opportunist crime thefts. The residents also feel vulnerable due to the enclosed wooden panels. This is increasing resident’s anxiety and are in fear of using the existing drying area.
