Erection of railings along the front of the properties by the footpath. This will discourage people from walking in front of the windows of the flats at ground level and also discourage anyone on the pavement from discarding rubbish on the grass verge and discourage dog fouling. The project is to also improve the general appearance of the neighbourhood
