Replace some fencing at the rear of both properties which was installed at the time the houses were built. The original fencing is wooden and over time it has deteriorated in condition. The fencing has collapsed in some places. This has resulted in the tenants being unable to define their own boundaries at the rear of their properties. The project will make the tenants feel more secure, knowing that the rear of their gardens is as secure as they can be. This in turn will reduce the possibility of them being subjected to any anti-social behaviour as the fencing will provide a barrier, so that people are unable to enter the garden.
