The bench will provide seating outside Apollo Street Neighbourhood Centre to enable tenants, residents and their visitors to sit and communicate with each other. If people are able to stop and chat it will boost their wellbeing and could help combat loneliness. There is also the possibility it will strengthen community spirit.
