To replace the existing worn out benches with new benches secured on a hard surface to ensure the seating areas do not become mud quagmires. The existing benches are used regularly by tenants especially in the warmer months and replacing them with newer, safer benches will ensure that tenants continue to enjoy the outdoors but on more aesthetically pleasing benches.
