Call B4 You Serve
Call B4 You Serve is a free, specialist and impartial service for Private Rented Sector landlords who are experiencing challenges with their tenancies and are considering serving a possession notice, either Section 21 or Section 8. The Council want to help you either avoid serving an eviction notice or to support you through the process by dealing with tenancy issues early.
What we offer
Call B4 You Serve can offer the following support to landlords:
- Help landlords prevent homelessness at the earliest opportunity.
- Give assistance you need to prevent a notice being issued.
- Understand your challenges.
- Offer rent arrears assistance.
- Provide mediation between landlords and tenants.
- Liaise with the DWP regarding Universal Credit.
- Book financial assessment for tenants.
- Provide floating support for tenants.
- Offer support to tenants where a possession notice is the only outcome.
