Rotherham Show is the flagship annual cultural event in Rotherham attracting more than 70,000 visitors to the award-winning Clifton Park over two days at the beginning of September, Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2025
The show comprises an eclectic mix of music, performance, dance, horticulture, circus, food, and entertainment, across several themed areas including a Children & Families Area, Two Music Stages and a Horticultural show which is held within the Made in Rotherham Marquee.
There are numerous catering pitches across the site ranging from allocations for street food vendors, stalls and cafes to coffee and ice-cream vans.
Trading times are from 11am-5pm. Overnight security is provided from Thursday through to Saturday, with traders asked to vacate the site by no later than 7pm on Sunday. There will be one main food court area, supported by a specially commissioned picnic and eating area alongside a number of smaller picnic spaces throughout the showground.
To complete your application you will need:
- To provide a copy of your fire risk assessment document
- To provide a copy of you public liability insurance document
- To be registered with the local environmental health department
- Attach a photo detailing the dimensions of the vehicle/unit
Applications are open until: Friday 25th April 2025, any successful applicants will be informed by Friday 5th May.
