Rules and regulations
Registration
Teams must register annually with Rotherham Council before the season starts. No pitches will be reserved until registration is complete and any outstanding accounts are cleared.
Bookings and Payment
Pitches must be booked and paid for at least 3 days in advance. Payment can be made online or over the phone. An administration fee applies for unbooked usage.
Cancellations
Notify the council within 3 working days if a pitch is not required. Refunds or transfers are possible if notified in time.
Responsibilities
Teams are responsible for litter removal and cleaning changing facilities. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or denied bookings.
