Occupational Therapy - The service can offer you an assessment, give you advice and may be able to provide you with equipment and adaptations to help you be independent. This page also has more information about the Disabled Facilities Grant.
Assistive Technology - Assistive technology is a term for a range of devices or systems that can help you to live independently in your home.
Getting out and about - Information about travelling safely, including the Blue Badge Parking Scheme, bus passes, railcards, and independent travel training
Sight and hearing loss - Information about sight and hearing loss, and where you can find support.
Changing Places Toilets - These toilets have extra features and more space to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities, as well as people with learning disabilities and their carers.
Support for carers - If you have a carer, then they may need support too. We can offer a carers assessment to look at how we might be able to support them.
