Parking Services: Apply for a resident or visitor parking permit

Before you apply

You must provide proof of residence showing your name and address. This can be a copy of:

• Your current Council Tax bill
• Your current tenancy agreement
• A recent electricity, water, gas or landline telephone bill

If you are applying for a resident (vehicle specific) permit, you must also provide the front page of the vehicle log book (V5C).
