To complete this application, you will need the following information:
- Details of the types of animals you are applying to sell
- Veterinary details
- Accommodation details, including the size of the rooms that the animals have access to
- Insurance details
- Emergency keyholder details

If you are renewing an existing licence you will also need:
- Your existing licence number
For security purposes, you may be required to verify your payment by logging in to your banking app or receiving an authorisation code via email and/or SMS.
