Before starting this form you will need the following:
- Debit/credit card to make payment
- If you are making payment by PayPal, please make sure you have your username and password before starting this form
For security purposes, you may be required to verify your payment by logging in to your banking app or receiving an authorisation code via email and/or SMS. Please have something to hand which will allow you to verify it is you making the payment. Any delay in verifying will cause the form to timeout and may mean your payment is not successful.
To complete your application, you will need:
- Details of the goods yor are selling, promoting, or activities that can be undertaken.
- You will need to upload, your fire risk assessment certificate and public liability insurance certificate
Please note: pitches are not undercover and consist of an area of grass only. You will need to bring your own marquee, tables, and chairs.
