Damp and mould repair survey

We value your feedback and want to ensure that our repair services meet your expectations. 

To help us improve our services, we are conducting a tenant satisfaction survey regarding recent repair works. You will be sent a link to the form by text if you have had a damp and mould repair service in the last month. Please complete the survey within one week of receiving our text.

Your responses will provide valuable insights that will help us identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to better serve our tenants.

This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The information that you provide when filling out this survey (excluding your email address) will be collated with the other responses received so Rotherham Council can analyse trends and patterns.  

This survey is not intended for reporting issues with a damp and mould treatment. If you have an issue with a damp and mould treatment, please contact us by telephone on 01709 336009.

The Draw

If you provide your email address when filling out this form it will only be used for the purpose of the prize draw, including contacting the winner and will be deleted from our systems immediately after the prize draw.

By providing your email address at the end of the survey, you will be entered into a quarterly draw to win a £10 Love2Shop voucher. 20 lucky winners will be selected each quarter.

Winners will be contacted as follows:

  • Third Quarter Winners: Before the end of October
  • Fourth Quarter Winners: Before the end of December
  • First Quarter Winners: Before the end of April
  • Second Quarter Winners: Before the end of July
