Class F - Annexes forming part of, or being treated as part of, the main dwelling
Qualification Criteria
Annexes that form part of a single property containing at least one other dwelling and is used by a resident of the other dwelling as part of their sole or main residence.
What we will need
You will not need to apply for this exception because it is applied automatically to those receiving the existing Annexe Discount. For those Annexes that do not receive a discount, although no premium charge will apply you may be subject to a full Council Tax charge.
Applying for the exception
