How we will monitor the standards
To ensure the standards of services we provide continue to meet your needs we will:
- Hold regular meetings with our partners to discuss issues.
- Carry out regular quality check inspections to ensure that standards are met.
- Encourage feedback and involvement from tenants and residents.
- Deal with all reports and ensure customers are provided with an initial response within a 10 working days.
- Constantly review the service and identify opportunities for improvement.
