Crossroads Care Rotherham

This service offers a home care and carer support service, which allows carers to take a break from their caring role. It also provides a weekly support group.

Making Space

This is a free service providing one to one support for people who care for someone with dementia. It can also signpost to other helpful services. It provides Dementia Cafes across the Borough, with activities and guest speakers.

Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Voice Rotherham

The Dementia Voice group in Rotherham enables people living with dementia and their Carers to share their ideas and opinions. The group also supports people to increase their confidence and make friendships with other people living with dementia.

Social Prescribing service

Social Prescribing helps adults with physical and mental health problems. It can connect you to activities and services from local community groups and volunteers in Rotherham. You need to be referred to the service by a health professional.
